If you are an Italbiz member you can post your business opportunity for free. Login and you will go to the My Account page. Click on post a business opportunity. Select the industry sector where you would like your business opportunity to appear. Indicate if the opportunity is for buying or selling. Fill out the form and Italbiz will post your opportunity within 48 hours.

All users can view contact information for sell opportunities. Contact information for buy opportunities can only be viewed by premium members. If you are a basic member, login to view My Account page. Click on upgrade to become a premium member.

What is a Domain Name?
Domains are hierarchal organizations of web server addresses. Actual addresses of servers are expressed numerically as IP addresses, such as 119.88.19.1. Since these can be difficult to remember, domain names were created for increased usability of the Internet. A particular domain name, such as Italbiz.com, is another way of expressing the IP address of the Web server. Every time a domain name is typed into a Web browser, a Domain Name Service (DNS) program is used to map the domain name to the appropriate IP address. The most common domains (extensions) are .com, .net and .org. When Italbiz.com is entered into a Web browser, the DNS program of the .com domain searches for the individual domain name entered. All .com addresses are registered with the .com domain so it can find all domain names registered within its domain.

How do .com .net and .org differ?
These three top-level domains are among those created as generic extensions, as opposed to the domains that represent particular countries (.it for Italy, .us for the United States). Generally, .com and .net are for commercial Web sites and .org is for non-profit organizations. However, this need not be the case. Anyone can reserve a domain name within any of these extensions provided it has not already been registered.

Once my Domain address is registered, do I need to renew it?
Yes. Depending upon the length of time you reserve your domain name, you need to renew your registration before the expiration date. Otherwise, the domain name will become available for someone else to register.

To edit your information, simply click on My Account on the top right of any page and enter the User Name and password you created when you registered. On your account page, click on the Edit Profile/Registration link and easily change all the information about your company.

How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership any time by contacting our customer service department.

If I forgot my user name or my password, how do I retrieve this information?
If you have forgotten you password, go to the My Account section, click on the appropriate link within the sign in box and simply enter your User Name. Your password will be sent to the email address provided when you registered. If you have forgotten your user name email us at customerservice@italbiz.com and provide us with your company name, address and contact information. We will respond within one business day.

No. We value your privacy and will not sell your information to third parties. We do  offer members the opportunity to contact other members with their business messages.
